Unit Export Limited were contracted to supply a Drilling Rig to Nicaragua.
Working with the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure in Nicaragua, Unit Export were tasked with supplying the relevant equipment to develop the implementation of standard penetration tests (SPT) in major drainage works. This assists and contributes towards the Rural and Urban Access Improvement Project. The drill was manufactured by a company in the UK, before being shipped to Managua in Nicaragua.
Training was provided by a manufacturer’s mechanical engineer over the course of two days.
