A contract for the supply of fifty (50) Suzuki TS185ER Motorcycles to the Ministry of Environment and Forest in Ethiopia financed directly by the World Bank.
The motorcycles were sourced directly from the manufacturer in Japan and shipped using Ethiopian Shipping Lines. Upon successful customs clearance and arrival in Addis Ababa they were assembled and inspected by the local Suzuki representative before the final handover to the client. This contract will form part of the REDD+ Secretariat, a project to reduce emissions from deforestation and forest degradation.
